Here are a few tips to help you wake up earlier: ⁃ Like coffee? Prep it the night before so all you'll have to do in the morning is push the coffee-maker button and you'll be enjoying your coffee that much faster! ⁃ Forget your makeup and hair! Throw on a baseball cap and a pair of sunglasses! ⁃ When your alarm goes off in the morning, instead of going back to sleep, think about the huge head start you'll have on everyone in the world when you get up before they do! ⁃ Know that these are your best days and years right now, while you can still be physical and active.
